VNFIL is a process through which a competent authority confirms that an individual has achieved learning outcomes acquired in non-formal or informal settings, measured against relevant standards. Among other benefits, VNFIL enables individuals to demonstrate their achievements to potential employers - whether through partial or full qualifications.
